If you've got a file ready to go — from any slicer, design tool, or download — I can take it from there. Send me the file, I'll review it for printability, and we'll talk materials, finish, and timeline before anything goes on the bed.

No design markup. Just printing, done right — on machines I run myself, with settings I've dialed in for prop-quality output.

Master Chief

Accepted File Formats

STL

Preferred format. Standard mesh export from any slicer or CAD tool — the most reliable option for FDM printing.

3MF

Carries scale, orientation, and color data alongside geometry. Works well if your tool exports it cleanly.

STEP

Solid geometry format. Best for precise, parametric models. I'll convert and slice it here.

OBJ

Common 3D mesh format from sculpting tools like Blender or ZBrush. Works well for organic shapes.

Not sure if your format is supported? Send it anyway — if I can open it, I can print it.

Snapmaker U1

4-Color / Multi-Material
  • Build Volume 270 × 270 × 270 mm
  • Materials PLA, PLA+, PETG, TPU (≥90A), PVA (Support)
  • Engineering Materials ASA, ABS, PA (Nylon), PA-CF, PET, PA-GF, PC

Finish Options

Standard

Raw Print

Straight off the bed — supports removed, basic cleanup done. Layer lines visible. Ready for you to sand, prime, and paint yourself.

Upgraded

Primed

Sanded smooth and coated with primer. Layer lines are minimized and the surface is ready to paint immediately — no prep work on your end.

  • Sanded to 220 grit minimum
  • Grey primer coat applied
  • Paint-ready surface

Full Paint / Weathering

Full painting and weathering services are not currently offered through the print service. For fully finished props, use the cosplay design & print service.

Turnaround Time

Standard

1–3 Weeks

Typical turnaround for most prop prints. Exact time depends on part size, material, number of pieces, and current queue.

Rush

ASAP

Convention deadline or time-sensitive project? Rush slots are available at an additional rate. Contact me early — rush availability depends on the queue.

How It Works

  • Send your file and describe what you need — material, finish, scale, and any special requirements.
  • I'll review the file for printability and send back a quote with timeline before anything is printed.
  • Once approved, it goes into the queue. I'll update you when it's done and ready to ship.
  • Files with known geometry issues (non-manifold meshes, inverted normals, etc.) may need correction — I'll flag these in the quote.
